Odyssey Nutrition

Hello, my name is Erin, and welcome to my practice! I am a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in the State of Louisiana. I am a San Francisco Bay Area native, and have spent the last few years working in the public health and clinical nutrition sectors in New Orleans. In addition to running my practice, I work in a public health research clinic implementing a low sodium diet intervention in New Orleans adults with high blood pressure, as well as offering nutrition support in a clinical inpatient setting. I have experience in the health care setting providing nutrition education to adults with chronic health conditions in both California and Louisiana. My experience in global public health, maternal and child health, and clinical dietetics has helped me grow as a professional and inform the care that I provide in our sessions. On a personal note, I am a dog mom to a rescue pitbull named Mudge. When I am not working, you can find me scouting out the best desserts in town (yes, dietitians eat dessert too!!), exploring the outdoors, or relaxing at a local happy hour.
